The Bonus Policy forms part of the Terms of Use for P65 and governs all bonus promotions issued by the operator. By accepting or using any bonus, you acknowledge and agree to these rules as applied to your account.
Bonus means the Freechips Bonus or equivalent promotional credit granted by P65. Freechips refers to the bonus credit awarded without a deposit, when stated. Wagering requirements denote the number of times the bonus amount (plus any eligible winnings) must be wagered before withdrawal is possible. Jackpot games are games whose outcomes yield progressive or standalone jackpots and are restricted from wagering progress unless stated otherwise. Progress is the recorded movement towards meeting wagering requirements, viewable in the My Profile area.
Freechips Bonus is available to account holders only. It is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. The Bonus amount, or eligibility, depends on the account’s prior activity. A single user may receive the Bonus only once per person, per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method used for deposits.
The maximum Bonus amount that may be granted is €5,000 or the equivalent in other currencies. The Bonus and any respective winnings are not withdrawable until the wagering requirements are fulfilled. The Bonus must be used and wagers placed within 7 days of award, after which the Bonus may be voided if not utilized or wagered.
The wagering requirements for Freechips are 50 times the granted bonus amount before withdrawal of any funds is permitted. Contributions to the wagering requirements are as follows, subject to change by the operator:
All Jackpot games contribute 0% toward wagering requirements. The operator reserves the right to adjust the contribution rates and to declare certain games ineligible at any time.
During wagering, the maximum bet is €5 or the equivalent in the user’s currency. Any winnings earned while wagering the Bonus are subject to a maximum cashout cap equal to five times the amount of the granted Bonus. Amounts exceeding this cap will be voided on withdrawal.
If a user requests withdrawal or disables the Bonus before satisfying the wagering requirements, all Bonus funds and any progress earned in games related to the Bonus will be forfeited and the withdrawal may be rejected.
A user may hold only one active Bonus at any given time. If a new Bonus is issued while another is active, the operator may reject or cancel the new Bonus or terminate the existing wagering progress.
The operator maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. Examples include, but are not limited to: multiple accounts to claim bonuses, proxy or VPN usage, deposit splitting to exploit offers, placing bets exceeding 10% of the bonus amount in a single wager, or delaying game rounds to avoid wagering requirements. If suspected, the operator may suspend, modify, or void bonuses and related winnings, and close accounts or confiscate funds as permitted by law and these terms.
Bonus progress is automatically reviewed by the system. Progress toward wagering requirements will be reflected in the My Profile section. The operator reserves the right to audit wagering patterns and enforce consequences as described herein.
P65 may modify, suspend, or terminate bonus offers, and these terms at any time without prior notice if required by business needs or regulatory requirements. Continued participation in bonus promotions constitutes acceptance of any changes.
